Getting started: Logging in to ‘My Bulldog Account’

To get started you’ll need your BDOL customer reference number and your account password - We provided these in your confirmation email and welcome letter. An example would be:

Username: BDOL9345678

Password: bulldog

(Please note that these are different from your network password and username which start bddslxxxxx)

Click the link ‘my bulldog account’ on the left hand side of the Bulldog Lounge and enter these details (you’ll see a page like the one below) Hit ‘login’ and you'll be transferred into the secure account management area.

Once logged in, you’ll should see a menu of options like the below. As a new user, the first thing you should to do is check we have all your correct contact details. Do this by clicking the ‘change details’ option

On this page you can review all the contact information we hold on file about you, and update accordingly. As we prefer to contact you by email, please make sure the email details are up to date and correct. If your contact details do need updating just type over the open boxes and hit ‘update my details’ - the changes take effect immediately.

You can also set-up a Direct Debit through this page too, if you aren’t already paying your monthly charge by this method. Just click the link and follow the on-screen instructions.

If any other details require changing, such as your address or name, please contact our Customer Service team.
