As soon as your new bill, “E-Bill”, is available online, we’ll email you to let you know. To view it, please see below. Firstly, we wish to bring to your attention our recent announcement.
Your bulldog service is now part of pipex
On 7th September, Bulldog services became part of the Pipex Group and the contract for your service was transferred to Pipex Internet Limited. In addition to the transfer of your contract, Pipex also took over the Bulldog brand.
We are pleased to confirm that your service will be unaffected by this change and that your account will continue to be run in the same way, by the same teams. You do not need to change your payment method and your payments will be collected in the normal way by Pipex Internet Limited.

How to view your bill
- Click on ‘My Bulldog Account’ on the left-side menu
- Enter your Customer Reference (starts with ‘bdol’) and your password which we sent you after you signed up. (If you’ve forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot my password’ and it will be sent to the email address you signed up with).
- Click on ‘My bill’
You can view details of your previous bills in ‘My Bulldog Account’ too, including the ones we sent you as attachments in PDF format. (As a reminder, we no longer issue bills as a PDF attachment).
As usual, we’ll collect payment from your account in approximately 14 days time.

If you have any questions which aren’t answered by your E-Bill or in the FAQ section in the Bulldog Lounge (that’s http://www.bulldoglounge.com/support/bills.asp), please email them to customerservice@bulldogbroadband.com, with your customer reference, full name, first line of address and a brief description of your query.
